Ingredients: ( serves 2 to 3)
1 packet chinese spinach (in picture I only used 2 stalks as that's what I am left with)
8 to 10 prawns ( I'm using frozen precooked prawns. May use fresh pawns)
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chopped garlic ( i used bottled ones)
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
1. Thaw prawns and peel off head/tails. Rinse the peeled prawns.
2. Cut away the ends of the vegetables and cut each stalk into 3 parts. wash the vegetables thoroughly.
3. Add oil into a wok and heat it for few seconds before throwing in the chopped garlic to fry.4. Fry garlic till golden brown.
5. Add in vegetables and fry till it wilt.
6. Add in prawns and soy sauce. Stir fry for 1 minute.
7. Let simmer for another 30 seconds before transfering to serving plate.
Tada! Serve immediately and enjoy!
N/B: If using fresh raw prawns, stir fry prawns first till cook, remove, before frying vegetables till wilt. Add in prawns and continue from step 6.
